Arab Adventures

I made it! and now that I'm so far away from everything familiar all of that preboarding apprehension seems like a distant and fading memory of something silly. I must admit things are good. Abu Dhabi is a fun place and the sun has been shining since the day I got here which has been now what just over three weeks? I'm trying not to rub it in guys I know the rain in Van has almost been record-breaking. I like it here I've got my holiday routine down while I'm staying with Bob. He's been a great tour guide and has been so generous letting me stay with him.

It's been a truly wonderful experience so far. A couple weekends ago group of us went into the desert for a one night campout into the middle of nowhere just the gps coordiantes and away we go... no five star hotels no roads no signs no bathrooms defintley no running water.. nothing but sand and adventure!
can't wait hope we get to go out again before it gets too hot.
